Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, which is related to the quality or damage of the product, you can return it back to the artist, Svitlana Zagor (Zagorordni), SZ ART studio by the following Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY FOR THE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Terms and Conditions:

• This section of the Return Policy covers ORIGINAL artworks and COMMISSIONED artworks created by the artist, Svitlana Zagorodni (Zagor).

• The ORIGINAL artwork can be returned within 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase.

• The ORIGINAL artwork will be refunded in full only if the ORIGINAL artwork returned in undamaged condition*, and dressed in the ORIGINAL frame (if applicable).

*Damaged Conditions are: tears, holes, burns, water damage, and any kind of stains on the image and canvas. There will be NO refund for these artworks.

• Packing, shipping and delivery cost will NOT be refunded.

• If the ORIGINAL frame is missing or damaged, the frame price will be subtracted from the refund amount.

• Additional Conditions for COMMISSIONED Artworks:

Svitlana Zagor (Zagorodni) keeps copyrights over the commissioned works as the original creator of the artwork, and she holds the right to sell or exhibit any commissioned work that has been returned back to her.

Terms and Conditions

• This section of the Return Policy covers PRINTS made from the original artworks which were created by the artist, Svitlana Zagorodni (Zagor), SZ ART.

• PRINTS made from the original artworks can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

• PRINTS will be refunded in full only if returned in undamaged condition, and dressed in its original frame (if applicable).

*Damaged Conditions are: tears, holes, burns, water damage, and any kind of stains on the image. There will be NO refund for these prints.

• Packing, shipping and delivery cost will NOT be refunded.

• If PRINTS returned without its original frame (if applicable), or the frame is damaged the frame price will be subtracted from the refund amount.

RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

You will be notified via email when you return has been processed.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

Customer is not responsible for the delivery damage.
